Customer is using SAP S4HANA after brownfield conversion. Processes have not beed adjusted / optimized for many years. Planning is done outside of SAP or quite manually, causing issues in production and outbound delivery. General strategy is validating processes with focus on planning, get value from ePPDS increasing business value.
