SAP Integračný Manažér

Integration Governance & Strategy

• Help to define and manage the execution of end-to-end integration approach for SAP and non-SAP systems,
• ensure integration designs align with enterprise architecture standards, data governance, and business objectives,
• oversee adherence to integration principles, security, and performance requirements,
• establish and enforce integration standards, templates, and documentation best practices.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as the central coordination point between SAP functional teams, integration developers, enterprise architects, and non-SAP solution owners,
• facilitate communication between internal and external teams to ensure alignment on integration requirements and timelines,
• ensure readiness of non-SAP development teams for system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT),
• coordinate dependencies and resolve integration-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Management & Delivery

• Oversee various integration workstreams (O2 internal and SAP delivered by vendor) within broader transformation or implementation programs,
• track progress, proactively mitigate risks, and resolve integration-related challenges,
• support project milestones, testing cycles, and cutover/go-live activities involving interfaces and APIs,
• ensure that all integration deliverables meet business, technical, and compliance
• expectations.

Technical Oversight

• Review and validate high-level and detailed integration designs to ensure consistency and feasibility,
• review and approve final functional specifications for interfaces, confirming alignment with business requirements, data models, and integration standards,
• collaborate with architects to recommend the right integration technologies and patterns for SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-non-SAP integrations,
• ensure optimal use of SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or TIBCO Business Works as middleware platforms and enforce reusability and maintainability principles,
• monitoring and reporting requirements to ensure easy split of responsibilities.
